Sometimes I feel paralysed when I look at all the wine I have to taste. “Oh I had better do that one soon..hmmm not now I’ll put it in a bracket of a few others…don’t feel like tasting that today…maybe that one might be interesting..oh I’ll taste that one one I am in peak condition and have plenty of time.” and so on.
